What is mini golf course intended for?
Mini golf course is intended for companies seeking to offer various additional services and recreation events to their clients, e.g. holiday camps or cafes located in nature with some land. Also, mini golf courses could be perfectly installed in the territory of hotels, motels, near shopping and entertainment centres, i.e. places where people come to have a good time. Mini golf is a good opportunity to increase revenue by offering a new way of spending ones spare time. Having just a few ares of land or premises it is possible to install mini golf course with 9, 12, 18 or more fairways. Having small unused area it is possible to install 2 or more mini golf fairways outdoors or indoors. Private persons can also set up a mini golf course.
Who can play MINI GOLF?
The best thing about mini golf is that individuals of any age and sex, both children and elderly people irrespective of physical preparation, can play. It’s a funny game where one’s accurateness, concentration and practice help to win. One group can be formed of up to 6-8 persons. One mini golf course can accommodate several groups of players at a time; it depends on the number of putting equipment possessed and dimensions of the course.

What is materials used for Happy golf MINI GOLF?
We produce few different frames: wooden frame mini golf and metal frame mini golf (Metal frame mini golf can be made from hot zinc coated steel or from aluminum).
Wood frame mini golf courses: The main frames are made from vacuum impregnated wood (brown color), water-resistant plywood and PVC Astroturf or felt; as a finish aluminum profile is used. Some other materials can be used: steel, aluminum. We use nails, staples, galvanized zinc coated screws and stainless steel screws for assemble the mini golf. The PVC Astroturf or felt is glued with water base glues.
Wood frame mini golf life span and long term care: Mini golf wood frame and base plywood should stand up to 10 years and more. Anyway in this time of period it could be necessary to change PVC Astroturf (it could serve 3-5 years or more, depends on how intensive play will be). In case the color of the wood frame in necessary, the mini golf wood frames should be re-impregnated after every 2-3 years with color impregnant. Sometimes, during the intensive use, some aluminum finish could be damaged, so it could be necessary to change some aluminum parts.
Metal frame minigolf course: The main frames are made from hot zinc coated metal tubes, water-resistant plywood and PVC Astroturf or felt; as a finish aluminum profile is used. Some other materials can be used: other aluminum profiles, steel parts, wooden parts. It guarantees long duration and good appearance. The course is manufactured of rectangular metal profiles which are hot-zinced afterwards. We use staples, aluminum rivets, galvanized zinc coated screws and stainless steel screws for assemble the mini golf. The PVC Astroturf or felt is glued with water base glues.
Metal frame mini golf life span and long term care: Mini golf metal frame, if not harmed, could stand very long period, up to 20 years. In this time plywood could be necessary to change. Together with plywood PVC Astroturf should be changed as well. Plywood could stand up to 10 years, but PVC Astroturf should stand around 3-5 years. Aluminum finish could stand same time as metal frame and during the change of plywood or PVC Astroturf should be removed and then screw on again.
Mini golf and pit pat obstacles
Our mini golf and pit pat obstacles are made from steel. They can be zinc coated and painted. We design and produce all obstacles in Lithuania.
Our mini golf courses by sizes
World Minigolf Sport Federation standard minigolf courses are 0.9 m wide (inside the frame) and over 7 m long. The green is 1.8 m wide (Inside the frame). Overall height of the lanes depends on the obstacles used on the course. This course is 0,98-0,99 m total wide with frame.
Regular minigolf courses (standard modular system) are 0.7 m wide (outside the frame) and from 5.6 m long. The green is 1.4 m wide (outside the frame). Overall height of the lanes depends on the obstacles used on the course.
Interchangeable mini golf is 0,7 m wide (outside the frame) and segments are 0,9-1,25 m long. Final segments are 0,5 m long. The height is up to 30 cm (hills).
S-Eco mini golf is 0,6 m wide (outside the frame) and up to 4 m length.
The guarantee for our mini golf and pit pat courses
We provide 2 years manufacture guarantee. Anyway, guarantee does not cover natural tear and wear. Guarantee covers manufacture failure, materials failure.
The maintenance instructions for our mini golf courses
1. Mini golf PVC Astroturf or felt should be cleaned regularly. It could be done by soft brush or with vacuum cleaner. It it important to clean cut grass, leafs and other big things.
2. Wooden or metal parts should be washed with water one a year or more if necessary.
3. There should NOT be any high grass around the mini golf. Mini golf should be mounted on the base, that has quite good water absorption. Mini golf can stand outside, but not stand in wet and under water conditions (for example in wet grass, after rain water and etc. Water should run down from mini golf.
4. Do not step on mini golf, because then it will cover by dirt and dust faster, the Astroturf will be damaged faster.
5. The mini golf should be played only by mini golf putters and mini golf balls.
6. If you notice broken Astroturf or Felt, it must be fixed and not allowed to make bigger damage.
7. If you notice broken aluminum corners and finish, it must be fixed by screwing back or place new ones. Without these covers mini golf wood frame can be damaged.
8. If you notice ants and other bugs under the mini golf, they must be removed from under mini golf.
